There will be sweat. When you jump on a bike in one of our 30-40 minute spinning class, you’ll torch hundreds of calories, sculpt your legs and butt, push your cardiovascular system to the limit, and leave drenched in sweat, feeling exhausted yet euphoric, knowing you’ve challenged yourself and succeeded. Classes are open to both beginners and advanced riders, so you don’t need any experience to join. But you will need a towel.
