Our group delivery method harnessing the power of community. We take the same principles and scale to each participants ability to create an atmosphere that thrives on the energy of a group dynamic. Sessions are performed in both 30 min and 50 min time frames to accommodate your schedule with 30 minutes sessions emphasizing efficiency and 50 minute sessions allowing for more time to develop strength and skill based movements that have weekly progressions.
In preparation for ReGroup, we recommend clients attend FUNDAMENTALS, our introductory session to Regroup. We recommend demonstrating proficiency in the movements covered in FUNDAMENTALS before beginning our ReGroup 30 or 50 training sessions, but it is not required.
